OC818 Professional Dual Mic Set

The OC818 Dual Set Plus is a matched stereo pair of large-diaphragm condenser microphones, designed for professional studios and demanding recording environments. Built around the acclaimed CKR12 ceramic capsule, each microphone delivers a natural, open sound with exceptional consistency — matched within 1 dB for perfect stereo capture.

Both microphones feature four selectable polar patterns (cardioid, hypercardioid, omni and figure-8), dual-cardioid mode, switchable pads (0, –10, –20 dB), and two analogue high-pass filters. Thanks to the dual output design, engineers can capture the rear-facing diaphragm discretely via mini XLR, enabling advanced polar pattern sculpting in post-production.

Bluetooth Control

With OCR8 Bluetooth compatibility and the Polarpilot app, you can wirelessly control polar patterns, pads and filters in real time. The included software tools expand creative possibilities even further:

• PolarDesigner: Craft polar responses across multiple frequency bands.
• StereoCreator: Select and adjust stereo recording techniques such as X/Y, M/S or Blumlein.
• AmbiCreator: Create ambisonic B-format recordings with the matched pair.
