Shipping policy

Orders placed before 3:00 pm are processed the same working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed.

Our despatch team operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Spare parts are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Accessories are shipped via Parcelforce or DPD, using a 48-hour tracked service.
