With 20 channel strips (16 mono, 4 stereo), the first eight channels feature SSL’s renowned VHD mic pres. The built-in 18-slot 500 Series rack allows for customizable processing and preamps, shipping with the legendary SSL Stereo Bus Compressor in slots 17 & 18.
The four main Mix Busses (A, B, C, D) enable advanced routing, while direct outputs on every channel and mix bus simplify stem printing. A fully featured monitoring section includes bass management for three speaker sets + subwoofer, foldback control, and a classic Listen Mic Compressor.
With up to 50+ summing inputs, dedicated inserts, and high-quality signal routing, the SSL XL-Desk is the ultimate hands-on analog mixing solution for modern studios.
